Teachers Mutual Bank Limited announces changes to its Board of Directors
Teachers Mutual Bank Limited (the Bank) has announced changes to its Board of Directors.
Murat Dizdar, PSM, has resigned as a Director of the Bank’s Board. Murat’s decision to resign follows his appointment to the role of the Secretary of the NSW Department of Education.
Appointed to the Teachers Mutual Bank Limited’s Board in January 2021, during his tenure Murat has made a valuable contribution through sharing his deep experience in the education sector as a senior leader at the NSW Department of Education.
Andrew McCready, Deputy Chairperson of the Bank’s Board since 2016, has stepped down from this position and remains on the Board with Andrew Kearnan successfully elected into the role of Deputy Chairperson. Andrew Kearnan was appointed to the Board in September 2020.
Teachers Mutual Bank Limited Chair, Maree O’Halloran AM thanked Murat for his contribution as a Director to the Bank’s Board and Andrew McCready for his service as Deputy Chairperson.
